JOSH JOSEPH


Josh Joseph is a graduate of Baker College, having earned his Associates Degree in Business, with a major in Legal Studies. Currently a student at Wayne State University, he will earn his Bachelor’s degree, with a double major in Political Science and Economics, in the spring of 2014. Prior to his employment with Gantz Associates, Josh interned in the Judicial Aide department of the Macomb County Circuit Court, managed a debt collections office, and most recently worked as a paralegal in a large local law firm, specializing in bankruptcy. Now a paralegal with Gantz Associates, he utilizes his seven-plus years of experience in the legal and business field to assist our clients with all of their loan modification, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure, and short-sale needs. With a unique perspective of having been a representative of both parties – creditors and debtors – he knows what it takes to get the results our clients desire.

On June 16, Kaiser Doctors and area leaders broke ground at what will eventually be the new Promenade Medical Office Building in south Elk Grove. The two-story, 67,000- square-foot Kaiser Permanente facility will be designed to focus on matters affecting patients’ mind, body and soul. Alden McLaughlin, the premier of the Cayman Islands, has denied the UK’s request for direct access by its law enforcement agencies to beneficial ownership (BO) information in the Cayman Islands Premier McLaughlin indicated in his 26 November 2015 Premier's Statement on Beneficial Ownership: “The information concerned does not belong to the Cayman Islands Government.
